We are able to carry out a wide range of cleaning techniques, and have been successful in gaining contracts to complete the cleaning of tower blocks internally, stairways and entrances. For instance in a recent contract, Nordic cleaned and then sealed the floors and stairs in four very large blocks of flats for the Corporation of the City of London where the caretakers and resident wardens have both commented, “How easy it is to clean now the floors do not absorb the dirt and grime”.
NEW BUILD CLEAN
When the construction phase of a new build property comes to an end, there is often little time between completion and sale to get it ready for its new owner or occupier.
A number of trades may have been, or may still be, working on the property and flexibility and speed are required from the cleaning contractor to do its job.
At Nordic Products & Services, we understand the unique pressures that surround new build projects and provide a service to house builders to clean down new build property from cement and dirt after the construction phase.
This ensures new homes are spotless – ready for new homeowners to move in. We also undertake graffiti and paint removal on vandalised houses.
INTERNAL CLEAN
Our staff are trained in a wide range of cleaning techniques and are equipped with the most effective tools available to carry out their work. Among the many major internal projects we’ve been involved in, are several contracts to complete the cleaning of tower blocks internally, stairways and entrances.
For example, we recently cleaned and then sealed the floors and stairs in four very large blocks of flats for the Corporation of the City of London.

We also work successfully on behalf of Southampton City Council and are regularly enlisted by its housing division of wardens for internal cleaning jobs.
